Failure to provide this information may result in an inability to provide our services and products to you.

We reserve the right to restrict access to all or any part or all of this website without notice and are not liable for any resultant loss, cost or damage to you.
Cancellation/Changes/Refund/Complaints Policy
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of any fees paid. In this instance no refunds will be issued, with the exception of the patient passing away due to natural causes. Cancellation of appointments more that 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be refunded in full less transaction fees incurred through our third party payment provider (1.75% +$0.30 per transaction).
Changes to appointments more than 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will facilitated to the best of our ability. We make no guarantee as to the availability of our vets and their ability to fulfil requests to change. Of appointment times. In the event we are unable to offer an acceptable alternate time, we will provide a full refund less transaction fees incurred through our third party payment provider (1.75% +$0.30 per transaction).
In the unlikely event the veterinarian scheduled to attend the appointment is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to find an alternate veterinarian and/or appointment time. Where an acceptable alternative cannot be provided we will provide a full refund.
In the event of change of mind relating to after care services, cremation services paid for may be changed up to 4 hours before the scheduled euthanasia appointment and invoices amended or refunds issued (less transaction fees as stipulated above) as appropriate. We will act on the client’s behalf with our cremation partners to make any changes necessary. Changes to orders or orders cancelled after 12 hours of the euthanasia booking cannot be guaranteed and refunds may not be able to issued.
In the unlikely event the client is unsatisfied with the service received by the attending veterinarian, we will discuss this with you over the phone to find a an amicable resolution. Refunds may be given in this instance at management’s discretion after consultation with the attending veterinarian.
