Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling will be allowed up to 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and a refund given where applicable. Cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment time will forfeit fees paid, except in circumstances where you pet has passed away of natural causes. We will endeavor to accommodate rescheduled times but are unable to guarantee the availability of our veterinarians. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
